How do I get started with RunExpress?

Create a free account, then connect Strava or record runs with our mobile app. Your dashboard, PB progression, and readiness charts populate automatically once your activities sync.

How do I connect Strava?

Go to your settings and tap Connect Strava. You’ll be sent to Strava to authorise access; once approved, your recent activities import automatically and new runs sync going forward.

What’s the difference between the Plan and Coached tiers?

Plan gives you race plans, VDOT-based pacing, and an AI coach that advises on your training. Coached adds custom plans built from chat and automatic calendar edits. Both include a 14-day free trial — see plans & pricing for details.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed on iOS, manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Web subscriptions can be managed from your account billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.

Why don’t my runs appear on the dashboard?

Syncing can take a few minutes after an activity finishes. Make sure the activity is saved and visible in Strava (or uploaded from the app). If it still doesn’t appear after a while, sign out and back in, or email us and we’ll take a look.

How is my data handled, and how do I delete my account?

Your activity and personal data remain yours. You can export or delete your account at any time from your account settings — deleting removes your data, including coach chat history. See our privacy policy for full details.
